At Richmond Appliance Guys, we stand behind our repair services. We offer a comprehensive warranty policy to ensure our customers are satisfied with our services. Our warranty policy is as follows:

Service fee comes with a 60-day warranty: If you experience any issues related to the same problem within 60 days of our service call, we’ll come back and diagnose the issue at no additional charge.

All parts come with a one-year part and labor warranty: We use only quality parts to ensure that your appliance is fixed correctly. If the same part we installed fails within one year, we’ll replace it free of charge.

We carefully inspect and test all used appliances before selling them. If the appliance fails due to a mechanical issue within 60 days, we’ll repair or replace it at no additional cost.

All new appliances come with a one-year warranty, and the Crosley and Conservator appliances come with a two-year warranty and a 10-year major component warranty: We sell only new appliances from reputable brands with manufacturer warranties. If you experience any issues with your new appliance within the warranty period, we’ll work with the manufacturer to get it repaired or replaced as quickly as possible.
