Our Virtual Diagnostic Call helps you figure out what’s going on quickly, and helps us show up fully prepared if an in-home visit is needed.
This is a simple, fast, and honest way to keep your repair cost as low as possible.
How a Virtual Call Works
A Virtual Call is a live video call (Google Meet or FaceTime) with one of our technicians. We look at your appliance together, walk you through a few quick checks, and help you determine the best next step.
- Sometimes the issue is something simple you can fix right then and there.
- Sometimes we can diagnose the problem well enough to order parts ahead of time.
- Sometimes we tell you straight up that the appliance isn’t worth fixing.
Either way, you get answers fast—and you only pay for what you need.

Cost
$50 per virtual call
Paid when you book.
If you need an in-home visit after the call, your $50 is credited toward our $125 trip & diagnostic fee.

- A smartphone, tablet, or laptop with a camera
- Reliable WiFi or cell service
- Ability to join Google Meet or use FaceTime
- Access to the appliance during the call

- Try to locate the model/serial number
- Have a towel handy for washers or refrigerators
- Charge your phone
