About Richmond Appliance Guys

Richmond Appliance Guys is a local partnership business consisting of owners Austin Trice and T.K. Cousins. Austin has been in the appliance industry basically his entire life. He has an extensive knowledge of appliance repair and is a master technician. T.K. has also been in the appliance industry for many years and was trained by Austin when he first started out. These two longtime friends originally owned two separate businesses Richmond Appliance, and The Appliance Guy. Both businesses were booming and in 2020 they decided to merge their businesses together to form Richmond Appliance Guys. Richmond Appliance Guys specializes in residential major appliance service and we service MOST major brands including, LG, SAMSUNG, WHIRLPOOL, MAYTAG, KITCHEN AID, JENN AIR, ROPER, GE, FRIGIDAIRE, AND ELECTROLUX. Our motto here at Richmond Appliance Guys is “A new customer WILL be a repeat customer’.
